💼 About This Role

You'll help enterprise customers embed Sentry into their applications and workflows, serving as Sentry's primary technical presence across the EMEA region. You'll own the end-to-end technical relationship, driving onboarding, implementation, and adoption. This role spans diverse industries and stacks, making every day unique.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map customer pain points to tailored implementation plans
• Build best practices and educational content
• Guide customers through instrumentation and monitoring
• Run workshops to drive product adoption
• Surface customer feedback to Product and Engineering

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as Solutions Engineer or related role
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks and backend languages
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Solid observability foundation with APM and tracing

✨ Nice to Have

• Additional European languages
• Experience with mobile platforms (React Native, iOS, Android)
• Open-source contribution
