This role sits at the intersection of engineering, quantitative research and trading, focused on building and optimizing high-performance, low-latency trading systems that directly impact execution quality and trading performance. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲: • Designing and developing mission-critical trading infrastructure • Collaborating closely with traders, quants, and engineers to take ideas from research to production • Optimizing execution engines and trading systems for latency, scalability, and reliability • Driving high engineering standards through thoughtful architecture, testing and maintainable design • Working across trading, connectivity, pricing and operations teams to deliver robust solutions This is an opportunity to work on performance-critical systems in a highly collaborative environment where technology is a core competitive advantage.
